         Ladies Irish Dancing Shoes

Shoes should be light.  Gents can use regular shoes with leather soles and heels on wooden floors.  Ladies should also avoid
rubber soled shoes that grip the floor.  The shoes should be laced to avoid them flying off during the dance.

Talbot Irish dancing shoes both low and higher heeled set dancing shoes at retail prices. Be sure to send a foot tracing
with a  key of inches to scale. Some women with wide feet have found that Talbot’s wide shoes do not fit their feet.

A tap (like a Capezio) shoe without taps can work nicely (the man’s Capezio oxford with a low heel works nicely).
